Red Condor Appoints Technology Industry Veteran to Drive Sales

Rohnert Park, Calif. – Red Condor, a leading provider of fully managed email security solutions, today announced the addition of Kip Quackenbush as vice president of sales. For more than 20 years, Quackenbush has served in a variety of management and executive sales leadership roles, most recently as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Akonix Systems where he helped grow the business from 100 to more than 1,500 customers. At Red Condor, Quackenbush will be responsible for building and managing the field sales organization and the authorized reseller programs for value-added resellers.

In addition to Akonix Systems, Quackenbush has also held sales, business development, marketing, field operations and delivery organizations at Commerce One, Excalibur, Oracle, Digital Equipment Corporation and Pacific Bell. Quackenbush earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California at Berkeley.
