Follow on Google News | Taste This! Showcases A Collection Of Easy To Make Dishes With Rich Flavors For The Busy IndividualGina von Esmarch’s Collection of 65 Delectable Recipes Accompanied By Mouth Watering Photos Is A Boutique Book Gaining Momentum
By: Gina von Esmarch culinary sampling of recent family and urban recipes, ‘Taste This!’ is bursting with 65 recipes; each one is accompanied by a captivating color photo that visually brings the flavors to life. Ingredient lists are kept relatively short, directions are easy to follow and items are not difficult to find in the store. Many recipes can be made in advance which allows the flavors to become enhanced so that when it comes time to visit with guests, whether they are family or friends, the focus can move from the kitchen to the dining room. An everyday cook, Gina’s enthusiasm for entertaining and food put her on the short call down list of friends and family that wanted recipes or to discuss menu planning ideas based upon available seasonal ingredients or dietary preferences. She found herself sharing recipes, having a few friends over for cooking lessons and often times hosting dinner parties amongst friends. She grew up in a family that loved to cook -- not only are the women in her family great cooks but the men are too. Slowly her friends prodded her to write a book that could be their guide to easy cooking with good flavors. The idea seemed liked a natural to her family and with a bit of encouragement she started working on it when her day job hit a bit of a lull last year. “The goal of ‘Taste This!’ is simple: bring good food and good flavors back to the table,” explains Gina von Esmarch, author. “Whether you are a working parent or a career individual that wants to bring people together at the table, you will find ideas to inspire your inner cook.” About the Author Gina von Esmarch was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
