The Kwik-Fit Group is the largest independent automotive parts, repair and replacement specialist in Europe and one of the largest in the world. With 1,800 service outlets across Europe, it employs 9,000 people.
Changing market conditions make it necessary for Kwik-Fit to continually find ways of optimizing its business and reducing costs.
Paul Traas, financial manager at Kwik-Fit said: “Kwik-Fit has very high standards for service quality, process efficiency and internal informational service. This is the only way for us to manage costs and to remain successful in the market.”
