IFTC,International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy Of Film And Television will host the second festival of cellphone cinema in January 2009, informed Sandeep Marwah International president of the Club. .Marwah was talking to the media personalities during a seminar at Noida Film City .International Film And Television Club had hosted the first festival of CellPhone Cinema last year at the same time in January 2007.The first film was short in India by Prof Karl Bardosh of New York University in 2006 whem Marwah introduced Mobile Cinema to Indian Film Makers and Film Institutes.
Sandeep Marwah added that many National And International Players are keen in sponsoring the event and many important film and TV personalities are joining hands with this International project. Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Business School ,International Film And Television Research Centre ,Marwah Films And Video Production and Marwah Studios full teams have already started working on the subject and this event.
The festival will have curtain raiser function ,a media meet, a press conference, a briefing session with AAFT and ASMS .The jury will consist of National and International film and TV personalities .The Noida Film City is going to be the venue for this event.The announcement of this festival created a wave of excitement in India and other countries
