The member bank in Batangas of the Legacy Group recently unveiled the iPhones and EeePCs that its customers will receive under the terms and conditions of the Legacy Group Rewards Program. The rewards program is open to all bank depositors with a savings account or "double your money" investment in the Legacy Group-affiliated rural bank.
The unveiling of the Legacy Group Rewards Program highlights the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Dynamic Rural Bank of Batangas that started on July 18. By spreading technology to the rural areas in Batangas, Legacy Group aims to keep its depositors at home with the global technology landscape and at pace with the opportunity for progress that it presents.
Legacy Group is now present in Batangas for 40 years and has registered a P2-billion assets breakthrough in August as testament to its continued growth. Data from the Central Bank of the Philippines show that rural banks average only P53.7 million in deposits, a mark that the Legacy Group bank is consistently surpassing.
