Once acceptance testing has been approved on the cloned environment, it can be used to replace the live environment. This enables you to keep a copy of the previous live version in case a rollback is required.

High Availability – all your servers will benefit from the high availability and fault tolerant technologies which we use in our hosting platform. We will ensure that your servers are always available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Licensing – using the Microsoft Service Provider Licence Agreement (SPLA) , licences are paid for on a per user per month basis without the need for up front commitment. If your user population grows or shrinks, the costs will change monthly to reflect this. Licences are also provided as per server (licence for the number of servers regardless of your user population) or per user (licence for your user population, regardless of the number of servers).

Backups – using our backup service we will ensure your systems are backed up to tape following your required backup strategy. Your data will be backed up to your own dedicated tapes, and once a month, we will perform a test restore to ensure the validity of your backup process. If your application requires more than a daily backup to tape, our optional continuous replication service (with snapshots) may better meet your needs. We can provide flexible backup solutions to meet your requirements.
