NEWARK, NJ – The unprecedented phenomenon known as XTremBol will be at the Prudential Center for XTremBol Night at the home opener between the New Jersey Ironmen vs. Chicago Storm on Saturday, December 14, 2008.
XTremBol is a fusion of rapid street soccer, music and culture. XTremBol features caged 4 v. 4 street soccer matches, freestylers and local/regional artists and DJs. This past September 28th marked the start of a street soccer revolution at Prudential Center in Newark. The inaugural XTremBol Street Soccer Tournament showcased the best street soccer players in the tri-state area and some of the most exhilarating musical artists and DJs in the region.
During half-time the New Jersey Ironmen’s opening game on December 14th, there will be a live encore performance by O.T. y La Union Del Barrio, who brought the house down at the September 28th inaugural XTremBol Street Soccer Tournament. Also, the winning team of the tournament, Montenegro of Morristown, NJ will make an appearance, and the runner up powerhouse team Master Railing from Wharton, NJ will be honored as well.
