Milwaukee's Schlossmann's Automotive Group Opens Subaru Dealership

PR Log (Press Release) – Dec 04, 2008 – Schlossmann’s new Subaru dealership, Subaru City, opens today on the south side of Milwaukee at 4570 S. 27th St, making it the only exclusive Subaru dealership in southeastern Wisconsin.  Schlossmann Auto Group has purchased the Subaru franchise from Don Jacob’s Subaru of Milwaukee.  
   The Used Car Store at Dodge City of Milwaukee has been converted into Subaru City with plans for significant renovations in early 2009.  This will not impact the used car inventory and display currently at that location.
   “We are very excited to add this car line to the Schlossmann Auto Group, “says Mike Schlossmann, co-owner of the Schlossmann Auto Group.  “Subaru is a perfect fit for Wisconsin.  Subaru’s complete line of all-wheel drive cars makes them a great choice for driving in Wisconsin’s tough winters and adventuring in the summer.”
   Subaru City will be selling all Subaru models at this location including the Forrester, Outback, Impreza and Legacy.  All models are known for excellent gas mileage, safety ratings and reliability.  In fact, the 2009 Forrester was voted Motor Trend’s “Sport/Utility of the Year.”  
   “We want Don Jacob’s customers to know that we will be honoring all of the free oil change offers the company made and that we will continue to take great care of them,” added Schlossmann.
   With the addition of Subaru City, Schlossmann Auto Group now owns four dealerships in the Milwaukee area, including Honda City at 3450 S. 108th St., Dodge City of Milwaukee, 4640 S. 27th St.; and Dodge City-Chrysler-Jeep, 19100 W. Capitol Dr. in Brookfield.
