TORONTO – ITR, premier provider of workforce management systems, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Calgary Time Recorder, a provider of time and labor management products including time recorders and hand readers.
Effective immediately, Calgary Time Recorder customers may now purchase time and labor management products and services with ITR. As well, ITR will take over all existing maintenance contracts and continue to provide service and support to CTR customers through ITR’s Customer Care Center.
The acquisition substantially expands ITR’s Canadian presence in the workforce management industry and combines the company’s key strengths – quality and cost-effective solutions, established partnerships, bilingual software and support and local in-house software development – with Calgary Time Recorder’s core assets.
