The debut of DDS Service In Seconds is a commitment to high quality remote access at affordable prices. The new service removes the necessity to send personnel every time to a customer location; this saves the end user both time and money, when a customer has a question a DDS professional can view the system remotely in “Seconds” and see in real time what the operator is seeing, this allows DDS and the client to work out a solution that is quick, efficient, and cost effective.
