Kindness Cure Campaign Enters Week Three With High Numbers On Mync.com, Youtube, Kindnesscure.org

The Healing Tree Foundation’s campaign gains momentum through the month of November

Dec. 1, 2008 - PRLog -- The Healing Tree Foundation’s Kindness Cure Campaign is gaining success locally, nationally, and internationally.  With nearly 150 members joining in the two weeks since its launch, the Kindness Cure Campaign and its message is attracting people from all over the world.  These so-called “Kindness Bandits” are registered in areas such as the Triangle, other parts of the US, and even internationally in Canada, Egypt, Israel, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.  In addition, “thekindnesscure” channel on YouTube was ranked number one for a non-profit channel for the first week of the campaign and the Kindness Cure has been featured not only in several local papers, but also on NBC 17 evening news and MyNC.com.

“So far we have performed 14 acts of kindness ranging from donating glasses to the Lion’s Club to buying a hot meal for a homeless couple. We’ve uploaded the acts to the site (www.thekindnesscure.org) for everyone to not only enjoy, but to inspire them as well”, said CJ Scarlet, founder of The Healing Tree Foundation and the Kindness Cure Campaign.  “We will continue to add bi-weekly videos to our site and various other sites like YouTube.  Our site also features our favorite acts of kindness people perform in their own communities, to help everyone get involved.”

During the year-long campaign, Scarlet will perform 365 acts of kindness locally to encourage others to perform similar acts in their own communities. The goal of the campaign is to recruit people to help perform one million acts of kindness in one year.
