EntropySoft Signs OEM Agreement with Kazeon

EntropySoft, specialist of the Enterprise Content Integration (ECI) market, today announced a new OEM agreement with Kazeon. Kazon is integrating a wide selection of bidirectional connectors from EntropySoft into its award winning Information Management Platform. The OEM deal empowers Kazeon customers with expanded, out-of-the-box connectivity for accessing more critical information across the enterprise.  

While Kazeon already offers connection with several leading enterprise content databases, the new agreement with EntropySoft will allow Kazeon to expand its portfolio to include connectors for Alfresco, FileNet P8, Hummingbird DM, Interwoven TeamSite, Microsoft SharePoint, IBM Lotus Quickplace – all of which have been fully tested on large implementations in critical business projects.

EntropySoft is a connectors’ factory. It has more than 30 read/write connectors for unstructured data, possibly the biggest portfolio in the market. The extensive support of features and the richness of the connectors’ portfolio make this technology perfect OEM material for many software industries. Already, leading global companies such as Endeca, Coveo, Exalead, or IDS Scheer are using EntropySoft connectors.

On top of the read / write connectors, EntropySoft has two technological layers (Content ETL and Content Federation) that can also be OEM’ed  to facilitate integration and interoperability.

EntropySoft’s strategy is to work on the completeness of features supported by each connector as well as developing multiple connectors for the same applications in order to best satisfy customer’s functional and technical constraints.

EntropySoft’s OEM clients have specific requests for their specific markets. This means that the connectors have to have to support the widest range of functionalities.
