30 Nov. '08 - Ajman, UAE - SHINS GULF Palace: Contract Termination (22nd July '08) Sales – Agent contract for SHINS Gulf Palace, between GMC and Mr. Sajaad Husein, from SHINS, of plot nos. T38, T39, T41, T42 at Park View City, Ajman was terminated from GMC on 22nd July '08.
The Palace project will be developed by the owner, Gulf Marketing Consultants FZC Ajman.
Please note that Mr. Sajaad Husein and/or SHINS is not and were never the owners of this project or the plots.
SHINS, Mr. Sajaad Husein, all Real Estate Agents and all third parties connected to this SHINS GULF Palace project are not authorized to sell any units of this project without the written approval from the Developer GMC.
All payments have to be made only into the Projects Escrow account directly.
GMC requests all persons who bought units in the project or have any dealings with it, to meet:
