Counter to the trend of closing brokerage offices & laying off Realtors, Island Real Estate of Holmes Beach is expanding into the city of Anna Maria & opening it’s Pine Avenue Restoration sales, leasing, and vacation rental office. The Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony on November 18th at 5 PM.

According to Island principal Frank Davis: “Island Real Estate is honored to support the Pine Avenue restoration project’s goals of re-defining the City of Anna Maria as a vacation destination spot – and a fantastic place to work, play, and live! Our on-site support will allow interested parties to see and hear how the Pine Avenue Restoration project is taking shape”
