InApp CEO named IEEE’s R10 HTC Coordinator

The Humanitarian Technology Challenge (HTC) is a unique collaborative approach for solving some of humanity's most pressing needs. The HTC aims to develop and implement technological responses to selected humanitarian challenges in developing countries.
