Ocean Township, NJ: The Monmouth Medical Center Foundation, L'Estrella Studio and Ideal Tile of Ocean Design Center are hosting 'Una Sera in Umbria - La Compassione dell'Arte/An evening in Umbria, The Compassion of Art' Cocktail Party and Art Auction on Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm to benefit the Outaptient Behavioral Health programs at Monmouth Medical Center. The event will be held at Ideal Tile of Ocean Design Center located 1912 Route 35 South in Ocean, NJ.
Original paintings by Laura Brunetti inspired by Umbria will be auctioned and handpainted Hope Tiles created by the clients of the Outaptient Behavioral Health programs
will be for sale in lieu of admission price. 100% of all proceeds benefit the Outaptient Behavioral Health programs at Monmouth Medical Center.
Special guests from across the country include celebrated tile artisans John Yates of Pecchioli Ceramica di Firenze and Cotto Vietri and Luigi Cioffi master artistof Cioffi Designs. Other special guests are Frank Cannizzaro of SFC Enterprises introduces 'The Art of Green Living' and Catherine LaMarca - creator of ZAGARA indulgent spa collection.
Ocean Wine and Spirits' Snow Queen Vodka martinis and selected wines from Umbria combined with artisan fare from Branches Catering will complete the evening's hybrid celebration.
Every party should start in the kitchen. Ideal Tile of Ocean is proud to host an important fundaiser in their exquisite showroom as they also launch 'Ideal Tile of Ocean Tile and Stone Design Center'. Ideal Tile's Showroom is surrounded by poetic tile vignettes for kitchens and bath areas with European style and sophistication. Owners Catherine and Joe LaMarca have designed the perfect backdrop to a successful "Evening in Umbria" fundraiser.
