Truson Organics is a company that is dedicated to making the world a better place. Truson Organics wants to change the way people think and feel about healthy organic snacks.

Truson Organics began four years ago over the kitchen table of two best friends.  Mavis Erikson and Cindy Trudeau had the crazy idea of making a better tasting organic soy nut. “We had six kids between us, so we wanted to create a healthy organic snack that we could be proud of and that the kids would love”

Truson took their organic roasted soy nuts to market in the summer of 2004.  They decided to sell at four local Farmers Markets just to see what would happen.  And to their great delight people really liked their products.  That winter, they worked on their label and packaging and returned to the Farmers Market the next spring.  “We had return customers waiting for us thanks to Soy Boy, our salesperson extraordinaire.”  That same summer they met their first distributor and soon were being sold at fruit stands and grocery stores.  Mavis and our sales team would visit grocery stores with the kids in tow.  How could a store refuse two moms, 6 kids and a great product”?!
