Although we launched the company 8 years ago, the demand for technology in this industry has really increased during the past year. In addition, recent economic conditions have unearthed the topic affordable housing as a growing demand. Starta enables developers of apartment funded by tax credits (LIHTC) and bond programs to produce more with less effort.
