Recently, many users reported that they failed to copy the DVD "Wall E". By analyzing the information provided by users, Ideal DVD Software found there're three editions so far. And they've updated their program to defeat the trick. Users can download the beta version of Ideal DVD Copy from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/
Although some users have reported the beta version works well on the DVD, they're still not sure if this version can defeat the trick completely, so they suggest users first copy the DVD to hard drivve to check if the copied DVD is correctly. And you my follow the steps below to try:
1) Copy the DVD to hard drive. Choose "To hard disk..." from the "destination"
2) Playback the copied files. You may open the "VIDEO_TS.IFO"
3) If the file can be played correctly, you may burn it to blank DVD. Please choose "From hard disk..." from the "source" dropdown list and select the "VIDEO_TS" folder on your hard drive as the source.
If the copied file can't be played well, you may send all .bup files of the original DVD to their support team. You may click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" and save it. Then enclose the exported files in the email. They'll analyze it and help you as soon as possible.
