San Diego, CA -- Veritus Funding expands their Net Branch System and offers their services to licensed mortgage brokers and real estate sales agents in all of California. The service will be specific to those brokers and agents currently accepting advance fees for conducting Loan Modifications without a license.
The license, also known as an Advance Fee Agreement, is issued by the Department of Real Estate in California. It protects borrowers and lenders from alleged and unprincipled former loan brokers who have become Loan Modification specialists and are requesting advance fees to mediate in restructuring current mortgage repayment programs without said license. With the exception of attorneys who have experience in this area of business, it is illegal in the state of California to accept an advance fee for Loan Modification.
