ZEOFORM is truly the ‘Holy Grail’ of new sustainable materials; made from 100% cellulose (derived from plants, hemp, paper, rags or other recycled sources) and water – with no glues, binders, chemicals, additives or synthetics. The molecules of ZEOFORM are bonded together using nano-technology capable of being made into a wide range of structural and aesthetic forms; from thin, flexible, transluscent grades for elegant lighting sytems to ebony-hard, multi-coloured applicaitons for jewellery, musical instruments, speakers, furniture, homewares, automotive parts, building materials...even your new computer or mobile phone casing!

The product not only creates no waste – every particle, even the dust from finishing can be recycled into fresh new product – but each item made actually locks in carbon atoms, thus reducing emmissions and contributing to a cooler earth. ZEOFORM and ZEO International are the brainchildren of four intrepid entrenpreneurs that believe “there’s gotta be a better way than cutting down rainforests for toothpicks and squeezing the earth’s oil for plastic bits”.
Originally invented by Martin Ernegg – an Australian born, Austrian raised materials expert in 1996, ZEOFORM (previously called ‘Zelfo’), was taken under the wing of Paul Benhaim, a pioneer of industrial hemp manufacturing, with Makoto Matsamaru driving the movement for the Japanese interest in the eco-industry before attracting erudite investor-turned CEO Alf Wheeler to catapult the company onto the global stage. Supported by an international team of strategic marketing, sales and legal experts, the company is now focusing its response on large manufacturers and distributors in key markets.
