The Saints Collapse, a Vancouver-based rock quintet, is offering several Christmas-themed songs for download from their website with 100% of the net proceeds going to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Using recording equipment that was purchased for the production of their recently-released debut album, “The Seven Days of Fire”, The Saints Collapse were eager to give something back to some of the special people who may not be able to enjoy the holiday season like many of the rest of us – BC’s sick children.
Although The Saints Collapse are known for their alternative, edgy and often experimental rock stylings, these Christmas songs are expressed with a surprisingly lighter, jazzy tone, making them accessible and enjoyable for all audiences regardless of age or musical preference. Thus The Saints Collapse will achieve their goal: to broaden their appeal by supporting BC’s sick children while offering a feeling of well-being for the holiday season.

BC Children's Hospital
Children’s Hospital is the province’s only full-service acute care hospital and serves the one million children living in BC and the Yukon. All children who are seriously ill or injured are referred to Children’s Hospital and are either treated at the hospital facility in Vancouver or, with consultation from Children’s specialists, in their home community.
Last year, more than 72,000 children were treated at Children’s Hospital. Working with the community, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation received more than 82,000 donations last year and had revenues of over $40 million. Funds raised by the Foundation are used to support BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and the Child & Family Research Institute.
