Palintology.tv Announces Support for Palin 2012 Presidential Run

Nov. 21, 2008 - PRLog -- After Senator McCain's defeat in the 2008 election, political pundits have begun speculating about the future direction of the Republican Party.  While not an official endorsement, the editors of Palintology.tv (www. palintology.tv) have decided to publicly express their support for Ms. Palin's potential candidacy for president in 2012.

In announcing their support, the editors of Palintology.tv praised Governor Palin’s keen understanding of the major issues facing the country today.  In particular, Palintology.tv's editorial board cited Governor Palin's acute understanding of the financial crisis, which she demonstrated in her interview with CBS's Katie Couric.

"Ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health care reform that is needed to help shore up the economy,” declared Governor Palin.  Palintology.tv’s editorial board noted that not even Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, nor Congress realized that the bailout was related to health care reform.  

"Palin’s extraordinarily unique understanding of the bailout demonstrates her credentials as a maverick; she is willing to think outside the box,” noted editorial board member Prescott Rhodes.

Rhodes also praised Palin’s willingness to engage foreign leaders, as evidenced by her conversation with Nicholas Sarkozy.  That Palin was actually speaking to a Canadian comedian playing a prank, rather than the actual president of France, does not diminish Palin’s act in Rhode’s eyes.  

"The important thing here is intent; Governor Palin actually believed she was speaking to Sarkozy,” stated Rhodes.  “Palin believed it was Sarkozy who said, ‘I love the documentary they made on your life - you know, Hustler's “Nailin' Palin,” ’ ” said Rhodes.  “The incident stands as proof of Palin’s willingness to sit down with world leaders -- or anyone that is able to fool her with a foreign sounding accent.”

While 2012 is a long way off, the Palintology.tv editorial board is hopeful that Governor Palin can continue her extraordinary performance on the national stage.  The board hopes that by asserting herself early in the next election cycle, Palin can do for the Republican Party in 2012 what she did for the McCain campaign in 2008.
