Out-of-control trigger eating, bingeing on comfort foods, feeling like a slave to food – none of these reactive experiences are foreign to Non-Diet Diva Marna Goldstein Thall or to Belief Shifting Expert Amy Scott Grant. But neither experiences “automatic eating” like this now -- the two have managed to completely dissolve their own food triggers and are teaching others to follow suit in a new four-part audio program called “Free From Food.”
The average American gains 7-10 pounds during the holiday season, but according to Grant and Thall, it’s completely unnecessary to become a part of this statistic. Using highly intuitive methods, the pair teach an instructional (and often humorous) online audio course that assists participants in identifying, understanding and permanently clearing their most powerful food triggers.
“Anything we seem to do automatically – without conscious awareness or rational judgment – is simply evidence that we have underlying beliefs that are driving our choices and actions,” says transformational specialist Amy Scott Grant. Grant is known by many as “The Messenger” as she delivers intuitively guided messages and assists individuals and groups with shifting these underlying beliefs. Grant says, “Food triggers and food addictions are nothing more than belief networks caused by unresolved ‘stuff.’ Shift the underlying beliefs and the behavior will naturally follow suit – we’ve seen countless examples of evidence.”
But how exactly does one shift an underlying belief? “No two individuals are alike, and therefore, you cannot use the exact same coaching or clearing method on everyone,” explains Thall. “The only thing that works consistently is a personalized, completely customized approach. That’s why this work is so powerful – it allows each person to tap into Universal wisdom, providing the most optimal course of action in any given moment. Using the same techniques and methods taught in the experiential Free From Food course, Grant cleared her own very powerful sugar addiction, by which she had been held captive since early childhood. Additionally, Grant cleared her own wheat addiction, which was the main contributing factor to her longstanding obesity. Likewise, Grant also cleared Thall’s remarkably strong, inexplicable pull toward cheese.
