Long-Time Affair Was Finally Recognized

Hushed in a grand room of rich history, ornate moldings and shimmering chandeliers, the Who’s-Who in the San Francisco apartment industry were seated in anticipation.

Who would win Property Manager of the Year? In San Francisco of all places…a town where a property manager faces rules that would make experts from other realms run for cover.  The winner would have to overcome impossible rules and exceed his tenants’, vendors’ and property owners’ expectations.

The lights dimmed and the chatter dissipated. The main speaker took his place at the podium and began.

Then it happened!

The envelope was opened and none other than Lightner Group’s Arthur T. Swanson was named San Francisco Apartment Association’s Property Manager of the Year. The announcement was met with applause, that Art’s long-time affair with property management was finally recognized.
