As the business world shifts to rely more heavily on technology to create efficient internal and external solutions, the demand for skilled technical workers increases. In the newly developed Computer Software Support Certificate program students will study a number of popular software programs currently used by business and industry, and have the opportunity to develop skills for effective use and support of these mainstream productivity tools.
The program establishes a benchmark for end-user support in computer productivity software. It is comprised of eight required courses, seven focused on software skills, and one course on support for help desk professionals. Not only do students receive employment-ready training, but will also be able to study on a part-time basis allowing them to maintain their current career status.
