FREMONT, Calif. – eTouch SamePage, a dynamic enterprise wiki, today announced it has been selected by Penchant Software, a leader in wireless-enabled software and enterprise-solutions for companies in logistics, transportation and warehousing, to integrate its wiki product for use in its new help desk format.
Penchant will use SamePage to make the help file more accurate and useful for customers. Customers will see updates more quickly, and employees can make changes from any location, on site or remotely.
