Digital Artist Evangelist Loretta Ann Hearne -Thames Joins Optimus Entertainment

PRLog (Press Release) – Nov 19, 2008 – Evangelist Loretta A. Thames was born in Gary, Indiana to Robert and Annie Hearne.
Loretta began her singing career at the young age five at the Logan Park Assembly of Christ. At seven years of age, her family moved their membership to Miracle Temple COGIC under the pastorate of Elder Chester E. Simmons. There she turned her life over to the Lord at the age of 15, where she received the Holy Ghost during one of the choir’s famous “Saturday night musicals”.

Evangelist Thames has been working diligently in the Lord continuing her love for singing and worshipping the Lord.

In 1989 she was bestowed the great honor of being appointed by the late Bishop Milton L. Hall, the position of Jurisdictional Minister of Music for the First Jurisdiction of Indiana.

We present to you her first recording entitled “God Will”.

Sister Loretta is a former singer of Ricky Dillard and New G, she has sung under the direction of Dr. Mattie Moss Clark, and has performed on the same stage as gospel greats such as: the late James Cleveland, the Clark Sisters, Shirley Caesar, Donnie MC Clurkin, Donald Lawrence, Professor Iris Stevenson and the International Church of God In Christ choir and was invited to be the psalmist for Bishop Noel Jones in a Baltimore, MD conference, only to name a few. She is a very loving and giving person. She is always trying to help wherever help is needed and that attitude has gotten her where she is today.
