It is time to discover the Art of Belly Dancing by Sarah. Whether students come to firm up, release stress or build self confidence...everyone ends up having fun. Golds Gym Middletown will be offering Free Belly Dancing Class on Friday, November 21 at 7:00pm.
Sarah is responsible for bringing the Popularity of Belly Dance to the Hudson Valley. She is respectively Known as the "Teacher of Teachers" in the Local Dance Community. She has 25 years of experience in Belly Dancing & Middle Eastern Dancing, including an extensive background in Ballet & Jazz. Sarah has become the trusted name in the dance and has been teaching & performing in the area since 1989. Sarah will be conducting six weekly sessions from Friday 11/28/08 to Friday 1/2/09. The cost for the classes is $60 for Golds Gym members and $75 for non-members.
