Prior to forming ACCELERATE, INC, Mr. Ryan held a variety of leadership positions of increasing operational responsibility in various fields including life sciences, medical devices, consumer electronics and global consulting, at firms such as General Electric, Bose Corporation, Affymetrix and Coopers&Lybrand. Similarly, Ms. Smith has been an instrumental operational leader at firms such as Presstek, Iris Graphics and Affymetrix.
