Dr Zwiren has lived in the Atlanta Area since 1961. He attended Lakeside High School in Dekalb county from 1968-1973. He then completed his A.A. degree at Oxford College at Emory University. He then attended The University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. His medical education was completed from 1977 to 1981 at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed a 5 year general surgery residency and a 2 year plastic surgery fellowship at Ohio State in Columbus Ohio. Dr. Jeff Zwiren has been a very active member of the medical community since starting his plastic surgical practice in Gwinnett County Georgia in 1988. He is on the active staff at Gwinnett Medical Center. He served at the chief of surgery at Gwinnett Medical Center from 1992 to 1994. Currently Prima Center for Plastic Surgery serves as a training site for fourth year medical students from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia.
Dr. Zwiren's primary interests are aesthetic surgery and age management. He is currently conducting a research product in methods to improve the quality of the skin.
In his free time Atlanta plastic surgeon, Dr. Jeff Zwiren enjoys spending time with his wife and two children,jogging, tennis, photography, video production and participating in 10K races. He has been an annual participant in the Peachtree Road Race for over 10 years.
