Dallas based publishing house, Bamford Press is pleased to announce the unveiling of their new website, www.bamfordpress.com . The company, which specializes in the distribution of a very select and prestigious group of book titles, has been designing the website to be user-friendly, eye pleasing and most of all to raise awareness about their fundraising opportunities.
Bamford Press, which was named in honor of a reading advocate of a family member within the company, is focused on not only spotlighting good books by good people, but are using the books to provide an alternative avenue of fundraising for churches, schools, libraries and civic organizations. The company will offer these groups a bulk rate, sometimes as much as 50 percent off the retail price, for books that the organization can then turn around and resale for profit.
“It’s less work than a car wash and better for you than chocolate,” said Bamford Press spokesperson David Michael.
Currently the two Christmas books, “Dear Santa, I Want 1 Million Dollars Please or an Easy-Bake Oven “ by Patrick Flaherty and “Matt’s Best Christmas Ever” by Herb Marlow, are available for distribution in a bulk rate format, but the company states that any title listed on the website can be purchased and used as a fundraising project.
Bamford Press, a family-oriented company, launched the new website in November and will use the avenue to showcase a variety of book titles over the next few months. With many more to be added in the future, Bamford Press www.bamfordpress.com has over a dozen book titles currently available for sale on the website that all feature clean, encouraging content of a variety of topics ranging from parenting help, to fiction for teachers, libraries, children and families.
