Hreyesonly.com a job board dedicated to direct employers only; is said to have secured funds of over 70 million dollars for it‘s introductory media launch this Holiday season. The new job board aims to provide a place for job seekers to contact employers directly, and will spend every dollar to try to reach as many un-employed people they can help find a job for free.
In an effort to get more jobs, Hreyesonly.com is also offering free unlimited job postings to all direct employers with current openings. Their goal is to simply eliminated hiring fees; when employers save on fees, the job seeker gains. Some consulting firms charge up to 25% of the candidates salary. Contractors will benefit mostly as some of the markups can get as high as 200% from some of the bigger consulting firms.
