America, You're Invited to Thanksgiving

America's All Stars is partnering with Feed The Children to help hungry and homeless children this Thanksgiving.

Nov. 13, 2008 - PRLog -- Turkey Day is just around the corner and some of us will be glued to the tube as the Cowboys take on the Seattle Seahawks, but wait; before we dig into the turkey and dressing, let’s remember that millions of children will go hungry this year. They lack a basic necessity of life that each one of us can so easily take for granted: food.

To address this problem, America's All Stars, a national youth-development organization, is inviting all Americans to participate in what could be the World’s Largest Thanksgiving Dinner to support international hunger relief organization Feed The Children.

“This is an opportunity for young people and all people to ‘give back’ at Thanksgiving. We are encouraging everyone, everywhere to go to http://GoAllStars.org and donate $5.00 to help Feed The Children this Thanksgiving,” said Brian Roquemore, president of America's All Stars, organizer of the nationwide event.

“We are honored to have been selected as the exclusive beneficiary of the funds raised by this wonderful event,” said Larry Jones, founder and president of Feed The Children. “We hope families across America will join us to help children and families in need this Thanksgiving."
