AUSTIN, TX - The Texas Association of Builders is honored to announce that Kimball Hill Homes is the winner of the 2008 Star Awards’ Best Sales Brochure, VolumeBuilder or Custom Builder - 50 homes or more/calendar year category. The award was presented during the Star Awards Gala held at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas during the 2008 Sunbelt Builders Show™.
The highly-coveted Star Awards are given annually to recognize excellence in home building, remodeling, sales & marketing, or development. Entrants submitted their best work for consideration in this year’s competition.
Kimball Hill Homes designed their brochure to be eye catching as well as something that would differentiate them. This winning brochure has the look and feel of an upscale lifestyle magazine. Individual inserts were custom designed in order to accommodate every division and their floor plans.
