Nov. 8. - Omaha, Neb. - National Property Inspections, Inc. organized its 21st Annual Conference in Omaha, Neb., Nov. 7 and 8. The Annual Conference, which welcomed nearly 100 franchisees throughout the United States and Canada, featured speakers, education classes, provided franchisees with the opportunity to connect with one another and celebrated business success.
Education classes showed inspectors the newest trends in the inspection industry and new avenues of focus for their business. Inspection topics included heating and cooling technology, energy audits and green building/construction technology. The Annual Conference also featured marketing sessions including a special session for women and a marketing speaker who presented on the topic: “Welcome to Boom Times: Why this is the best time to be in this business.”
A large number of franchisees chose to attend an additional education and training class that was offered, the Home Energy Tune-uP® course, which trained inspectors on energy inspections. Topics included appliances, mechanical systems, air seal-up, windows, insulation and more.

Energy auditing is a growing field, as homeowners and building owners want to become more ‘green’ and energy efficient. NPI wants to do our part to help make that happen and to expand the business opportunities for our franchise owners,” National Property Inspections, Inc. President Roland Bates, said.
The Annual Conference concluded with a dinner and awards ceremony. President Roland Bates awarded franchisees who rose above the rest through hard work and dedication. The award winners’ success stories and dedication served as an inspiration to all attendees.
