The Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) is holding the 1st National Transport Cooperative Congress on Road Safety on November 18 to 19, 2008 at the Amoranto Performing Arts Multi-Purpose Theater, Gate 4, Scout Chuatoco, Quezon City.

Its new Hagibis passenger tricycle design (shown in photo) is a cross-breed between the tricycle and the jeepney and can carry more passengers comfortably. It is also available for cargo handling.
