Infiniti of Scottsdale Announces Complimentary Holiday Valet Pickup & Delivery for Service Customers

“We wanted to do something really nice, really luxurious, for our service customers during this Holiday Season”, said Bob McGinnis, Service Manager at Infiniti of Scottsdale on McDowell Road.   “During these frantically busy days of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Chanukah, there is very little that an Infiniti owner values more than time.  Families and friends getting together, shopping, church, social events, and more – all these make busy people even more pinched for time during the Holidays.  So, we decided that from now until New Year’s, we would do a pick-up and delivery for our Service customers. We’re doing it for free, and we call it our Holiday Valet.”

This complimentary benefit is designed for people who need regularly scheduled maintenance, such as the periodic 7500 mile inspection or 15k inspection, or other significant maintenance like alignments, brakes, tires, etc. Requests for this service are expected to be high, and so all appointments for pick-up must be done with at least 24 hours advance notice, and will be subject to prior appointments.  Pick-ups and deliveries will run from 7:30am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday until the end of the year.  Professionals from Infiniti of Scottsdale’s Award Winning Service Department will perform the Holiday Valet service.  Practically all Scottsdale or East Valley Infiniti owners reside in the benefit service area.  Arrangements can be made for home or workplace pickup or delivery.  All other customary service procedures and requirements remain the same as usual.
