Nov. 11, 2008 - PRLog -- Ellie’s Closet is proud to be a participant in the Princess Alexandra Fashion Show Fundraiser, Sunday 11/16 from 12:00 to 4:00pm at Red & Jerry’s Entertainment Center.  Alexandra is 2 ½ and has Leukemia.  This fashion show and silent auction is an event to raise funds to help pay for her medical treatments.  “Fighting childhood cancer has ups and downs, rare smiles and a lot of frowns.  Having hope, wishing for a miracle, praying for a cure…,” quote from Alexandra’s Myspace page.

This event is a child fashion show and silent auction organized by local event coordinator and designer, Summer Jackson.  Local designers & businesses including Ellie’s Closet have given their time and products to make this event special.  Tickets are $15 each, children 12 and under are admitted free.

Ellie’s Closet, a local children’s wear company will participate in the fashion show as well as donate garments for a silent auction to raise money for Alexandra.  Holli Gibson and Beth White, founders of Ellie’s Closet, are committed to helping children and are thrilled to be able to use their time and business to benefit Alexandra.
