Circle BMW will be collecting most needed items for this year’s holiday drive such as: stuffing, gravy, canned sweet potatoes, yams, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, rice and more. During the downturn of the economy, the Food Bank has reported an increase in visitors and families in need, while supplies on the other hand have decreased.
The Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean counties estimates that over 100,000 people in these counties live on incomes that put them at risk of hunger each month. An estimated 40,000 children make up this at risk community and 10,000 are elderly citizens.
