Mr. Frawley is an engineer that specializes in fireproofing both commercial and residential structures, and ensuring safety and compliance with state fire regulations. He works and lives in the Caldwell, Idaho area. Mr. Frawley holds a degree from Penn State University in electrical engineering.  
He is a member of several professional organizations, such as the AWCI, the NFPA, the OPCMIA, and is a Lifetime Penn. State Alumni member.  He is married with one son, and enjoys riding motorcycles in his leisure time.
