WomenEtcetera! Selects Laura Kay House as W! Award Recipient

Nov. 7, 2008 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC – Raleigh resident Laura Kay House is to be awarded the W! award at the WomenEtcetera! Conference luncheon in Raleigh Saturday, November 15.

“Laura was chosen for the W! award for her dedication and passion in offering a variety of socialization opportunities for those age 55+.” said Suzanne Caplan, entrepreneur, author, speaker and founder of WomenEtcetera!  

House is the Meetup organizer of "Socializing is a Must for Those 55+" and founder of Silver Connections, a membership community of active 55+ individuals.

Caplan created the WomenEtcetera! online community for women over 50 to address their concerns about health, finances, balance in life, how they work and how they play.

The day long WomenEtcetera! conference is all about being a 50+ fabulous female. Ten breakout sessions cover topics geared to replenish, rebuild, reshape and reinvent attendees.
