Storage leader Thecus Technology is aggressively bringing its latest NAS products to users around the world. From November 19th to 20th, Thecus and ACTN are teaming up to attend Storage Expo 2008, one of the largest storage-related trade shows in France. There, visitors will be able to see Thecus NAS devices in action, including the M3800, the N4100PRO, N7700 and N8800.
Now in its ninth year, Storage Expo 2008 has quickly become a force to be reckoned with in the storage industry. Boasting over 130 exhibitors offering more than 60 conferences on storage and storage security, Storage Expo 2008 is an event that can greatly benefit those in the IT industry and beyond, along showgoers to acquire all key information in the field of computer security, and to get to know the most innovative products and services.
At the show, Thecus and ACTN will demonstrate a variety of Thecus NAS devices. The M3800 is a three-bay unit that features HDMI and AV out, making it ideal for playing digital content directly through your existing home theater system. The N4100PRO is a four-bay NAS powered by an AMD Geode LX800 processor and 256MB of DDR400 memory, which enable it to transfer files quickly and efficiently. Thecus' seven-bay N7700 is the latest flagship model, packing an Intel® Celeron™ M 1.86GHz processor, a full gigabyte of DDR memory, and support for up to 7TB of storage. The recently announced N8800 is a 2U rackmount unit with 8 SATA hard disk bays, iSCSI initiators, and stackability. All of these products will be on display at Storage Expo 2008.
