mPay Gateway and MedStar Systems Partner to Provide
Integrated Practice Management Collection Tools

mPay Gateway, a Minneapolis, MN company specializing in point of care patient payments, announced today that MedStar Systems, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, will offer mPay Gateway’s software with MedStar’s Practice Management Software solution. In addition, Qualified Processing Services (QPS) of Boca Raton, FL will provide merchant processing services to MedStar clients.
The combined offering provides MedStar’s physician customers advanced tools for facilitating patient payments and increasing cash flow.
MedStar Systems develops, markets, and supports medical healthcare solutions, including practice management software and electronic medical records software (EMR). Their integrated medical practice solution is designed for small to mid-sized medical practices, and provides comprehensive tools, including scheduling, patient management, billing, collections and clinical documentation of patient encounters. Integrating the mPay Gateway software streamlines the calculation of patient responsible monies and automates patient collections.
