New York, NY - It's a tough time for many retailers and designers, but a few companies are not giving up and actually expanding. With that in mind, SAPAPA, a new brand of furniture, by one of Europe's most popular furniture designers Aminach, is opening showrooms in New York and Los Angeles.
Large things always start small. Moshe Schwartz didn't know that the little mattress workshop he opened in Jaffa, Israel in 1948 would turn into one of the largest furniture retailers in the Middle East. When his son, Abraham, joined the business in 1956 he purchased new manufacturing machines, increased sales to Europe and coined the name Aminach (people rest.)
Since 1965, Aminach has been an industry leader in producing technologically advanced spring mattresses and bedroom furniture; they're also known for their unique storage spaces within their sofas and beds. Recently, Aminach began designing SAPAPA brand furniture that focuses on young and funky yet practical designs ideal for customers of all ages.
Despite the turmoil in the economy, SAPAPA expects a good winter and spring season. The quality and design of SAPAPA is like no other and fans of the brand have been flocking to experience the fantastic look and feel of the beds, sofas and living room furniture. Currently, SAPAPA is being sold in three showrooms in the US; two in the Los Angeles area and one in New York City.
