With the winter months upon us, most homeowners may not be thinking about basement waterproofing.
“That’s exactly why we’ve launched these new sections to the website”, said Damion Rutherford, Owner of Wet-Basement-
Wet-Basement-
.
“We’ve added a whole new video section. Any homeowner can watch informative reviews of wet basement or crawlspace problems, learn why they happen, and what can be done to correct the problems. Additionally, we have a new blog, a Q&A section, and an article section dealing with these topics.”, added Rutherford.
Jennifer Mason, the company’s Online Content Manager, noted why these new features were added to the website.
“We listen to what people tell us. We ask our customers what they want, what their ‘wish list` would be, then we go out and give it to them”, said Mason. “With so much misinformation out there in our industry, and so many unscrupulous contractors taking advantage of uneducated consumers, we always strive to help the industry.”
.Mason, who recently accepted the role of Online Content Manager for the company, has taken on the majority of the tasks necessary to complete these features.
“On top of what we’ve already build, we have great plans for future improvements. In the next few months, you’ll find a section of downloadable e-Books and guides that homeowners can review. We’ll be adding a case study section also. All of this information is very necessary for an educated consumer to make a smart decision on their waterproofing needs.”, added Mason.
