Another addition to the Nimlok Group

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 04, 2008 – Incorporated in 1993, Meeting Impressions has been serving a client list that includes companies in the stage lighting and audio/visual industries.  We view this acquisition as a welcome addition to our family of companies.  

The Nimlok Group is comprised of eight companies in which the Perutz family has majority ownership.  We are very proud of the fact that this group has grown over the years and now has 560 employees in six manufacturing and distribution facilities.  In North America, the group includes Nimlok Company, Orbus Inc, Nimlok Chicago, Nimlok Canada and Ultima Canada.  In Europe, it includes Nimlok Ltd., Ultima Displays and Marler Haley Ltd.

We look forward to Meeting Impressions becoming a significant part of our worldwide companies.
