At her boutique Power-Plate studio just off trendy Bermondsey St, Jane has designed an intense 20 minute workout specifically for time poor female professionals who are keen to look fantastic in and out of their dresses this party season.
The ‘Little Black Dress Intense’ workout is based on three twenty-minute sessions a week for four, six or eight weeks. It is primarily designed to sculpt the hips, bottom and thighs but also tone backs and arms.
As well as working muscles and burning fat, exercising on a Power-Plate stimulates circulation and increases collagen production, which combats cellulite and noticeably improves skin tone. Jane also offers nutritional advice and diet sheets to accompany the classes and encourages all clients to keep a food diary for the duration of any given exercise plan.
Jane’s four and six week ‘Little Black Dress Intense’ and eight week ‘Little Black Dress and Beyond’ classes are now running at specified times, Monday – Saturday.
