Price tag with all inclusive is close to 10 million euros which is a high tag even with rising island prices. 20% went to building and other 20% for the broker while rest close to five million to buy the land. Spot does come with awesome views with just about 360 angle views of the island. There are long beaches to both directions from the villa but also a rocky beach which keeps it more exclusive and private.
Beckham seems to have a nice set of latest design of solar panels on his house. This is brilliant choice and proof that even there’s money to splash around, he does care about the environment. Surely solar panel “specialists”
Samui is just rising in celebrity meter but soon it will be noticed as a paradise by any measures because of its brilliant qualities and football star Beckham if anyone is a living proof of this.
