The new inbuilt escalation feature simplifies job scheduling, allowing managers to escalate change requests if they have not been acted on promptly, run reports on daily activity and more.
Ready to use out-of-the-box configurations include new ITIL compliant processes which can be used as they stand or tailored to individual requirements.
Additional new features are the Eclipse integration which allows files to be checked in and out directly from within Eclipse, an updated Web browser with user created URLs, support for importing files from Subversion and a redesigned GUI which is easier to use with new icons and customizable menus.
